I have been weathering mainly HO Scale model trains since 2009 for fellow modelers and family. I specialize in freight cars, especially rust buckets. I do anything from light to heavy weathering using a variety of different mediums, sometimes three or four on a single car. I take care with models, therefore a model may take me a week plus. Added to the layout today were quite a few details, plus I extended the “mainline” to the edge of the end module so as to clear one more car with a bit of added track shown below. Other details were weeds added to the fence line along the scrapyard, plus a pipe coming out of the tank at Monsanto seen below, and steel loading dock ramps the forklifts use, these from Showcase Miniatures sold by Midwest Model Railroad.
