While waiting for a seal coat to dry on several project cars, I’ve done some work on the layout with more weathering and details.
I also took the piece of code 100 track I extended the McGraw fuel and oil siding with and swapped it out for a scrap piece of Micro Engineering weathered code 83 to match the rest of the siding, this shown below:

I also added some dirt and industrial dirt around the front and side of the Monsanto administration building, then added some Martin Welberg weeds and cut-down bushes:

Next up I added some fence post poles to help support the barbed wire fencing at Monsanto plus over at McGraw. Next I added a guy carrying a sack of I assume potatoes or some other produce at Stephen’s Grocery distributors:

Added a rusted drum over by the team track dock, then added a bag of actual metal shavings to this gondola that didn’t have a scrap load:

Finally, I cleaned quite a bit of dust off buildings and vehicles on the layout and brought out my Soo Line bulkhead flat in anticipation of receiving a handmade wrapped Weyerhaeuser lumber load today, which I’ll spot next at Armitage Furniture. I’ll post photos of this when we next switch out the industry. Stay tuned…..
