I have been weathering mainly HO Scale model trains since 2009 for fellow modelers and family. I specialize in freight cars, especially rust buckets. I do anything from light to heavy weathering using a variety of different mediums, sometimes three or four on a single car. I take care with models, therefore a model may take me a week plus. Latest model finished is this Blackstone HOn3 locomotive, part of an ongoing project for a friend and local modeler. This guy was done with grimy black acrylic paint, rust colored paint for the couplers, and Monroe Models soot powder for what else, the soot effect!
